What a magical Monday! 🧜♀️✨ PRE students loved having the Little Mermaid characters from GHS on campus today — they helped with morning car rider lines and greeted students with big smiles. It was such a fun, positive way to start the week!

What a collaboration at Gulfport High's Culinary Cafe!
We were honored to welcome and celebrate outstanding Pass Road Elementary students on our campus as Top MAAP Testers. Our talented culinary team, led by Chef Windham, prepared a special lunch featuring a full salad bar, soup, sliders, roasted potatoes, and fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies—creating a true VIP experience!
To make the day even more meaningful, AIG seniors spent time connecting with the students—mentoring, engaging in conversations, and creating fun memories together. These moments are what it’s all about: building relationships, inspiring future Admirals, and showcasing the power of student leadership.
We love opening our doors to celebrate student success and create memorable experiences. We can’t wait to welcome them back again soon!

Our talented Quest students from all the elementary schools and both middle schools showcased the incredible projects they've been working on throughout the year. From the robotics team giving driving lessons in preparation for the world competition at the end of April, to underwater robotics, LEGO STEAM, community projects, Macey Day balloon creations, chess tournments, fingerprint exploration, and steps to publishing - the creativity and hard work on display were truly inspiring!
We were thrilled to have our Gifted Advocacy Board Members, principals, central office staff, parents, and community members join us to celebrate our students' achievements. A huge thank you to everyone who made this event possible! Your support makes a difference! 💙✨

"I 'eye' can't believe it!" 👀✨
Pass Road Elementary 4th graders turned lenses & light into working eye models to see how pupils and retinas team up — and what causes near‑ vs far‑sightedness. The classroom was full of wide eyes, big smiles, and real 'aha' moments! 🔬💡

Have you ever seen teamwork this sweet? Pass Road Elementary's 5th graders paired up with their kindergarten buddies to practice matching pictures to beginning letter sounds. It was wonderful to watch older students lead with patience and younger students beam with pride as they recognized letters and sounds. 💬📚✨

We’d love your support! 🗳️ Vote for the Gulfport School District schools in the Education category for high school, middle school, and elementary school.

Want to see science in action? At Pass Road Elementary, Ms. Smith’s 4th graders built robot fingers to explore how muscles and joints work together to move our hands. 🤖 🖐️ Students tested motion, asked questions, and connected engineering to human anatomy.
